Rodocodo Activity Due Friday September 15, 11:59PM EST
In today’s class, you’ll be doing a game-like programming activity called rodocodo. In the next few weeks, you’ll see how rodocodo has many similarities to the programs we will write in python!
To get started, go to the rodocodo website. Click “Part 2: Ages 8-11”1. You should complete the sequencing, debugging, loops, and functions activities. You might need to finish outside of class. If you have time during class or you simply want to try more, feel free to try the experiment activities.
Before 11:59PM on Friday, September 15th, upload the certificate of completion on gradescope for participation points. If you finish in class, feel free to upload it right away!
See the screen recording below if you aren’t sure how to get to the certificate of completion:
If you are on the waitlist and completed the activity, save your certificate and I will add you to gradescope if there is room for you to add the class.
Despite the fact that the activity says it’s for ages 8-11, it will give you an opportunity to practice debugging as well as concepts such as loops and functions, which we will learn in python in the next few weeks! ↩
